The challenge was presented during the breakfast fundraiser hosted by the Barn Committee at the new Louisa County Fairgrounds barn on April 4th.

Funds raised will support final project needs such as livestock pens, bleachers, and other finishing touches to prepare the facility for full community use.

According to committee member Kathy Jolly Vance, the breakfast fundraiser generated $12,000, bringing the total to $17,000 with the $5,000 challenge grant included.
